Housebuilder teams up with garage interior specialist

Casamia Homes has become the first UK housebuilder to offer bespoke luxury garage interiors for home gyms and cinema rooms.

The firm has entered an exclusive partnership with garage interior specialist Dura to offer luxury garage interior options as part of the new-home buying experience.

Casamia is currently working on two exclusive developments in Allestree and Dalbury Lees.

The partnership with Dura will see it provide a full design service to buyers.

George Tyler, land and sales director at Casamia Homes, said: “When people buy a luxury home, they expect every part of the property to reflect the same level of quality and attention to detail.

“Traditionally, the garage has been treated as a purely functional space. This partnership changes that.”

Steve Brooks, UK sales director at Dura, said: “Garages have evolved far beyond vehicle storage.
