Chevin Homes has reported a strong first half of 2026, with a number of developments completed.

The firm has now completed The Beeches in Allestree and Castle Orchard in Castle Donington, which are fully occupied, in addition to further plot completions at Manor Farm and Dale Grange.

Meanwhile, new developments at New House Farm in Mickleover and Nursery Mews in Borrowash have been released and reservations taken.

Chevin Homes said it will announce two new developments in Derbyshire later this summer, together with revealing details of the farmhouses at both Manor Farm and New House Farm.

Managing director Dan Stack said: “We’re delighted with the feedback received for our new developments, and also to welcome customers to their new homes across various sites already this year.

“A great first half of the year and exciting times ahead for the rest of 2026”

During 2026, Chevin has already acquired three new sites, along with having multiple planning applications ‘in-train’ for new developments due to come forward in 2027.

The wider group, Chevin Group Holdings, has also been highly active, acquiring two freehold investments at Friar Gate and Duffield, together with seeing strong commercial rental demand across its portfolio.
