Housebuilder launches new bespoke homes division

Housebuilder Casamia Homes has launched a new division designing and building one-of-a-kind dream houses for clients.

Casamia Signature Homes has been created for clients who want to a bespoke £1 million-plus home in a carefully chosen setting.

The service guides clients from the identification of selected plots through to  architectural design, construction and delivery – followed by ongoing aftercare.

Casamia’s newest property, Gateway House, was created as part of this bespoke approach and worked for a client who wanted a unique home in Hazelwood, near Duffield.

George Tyler, land and sales director at Casamia Homes, said: “Casamia’s Signature Homes has been birthed initially from our Gateway House project in Hazelwood, and more recently from being approached by a client wanting us to build a bespoke home and landowners offering us breathtaking plots, which don’t suit our typical multiplot offering.

Based on Derby’s Pride Park, Casamia Homes builds and sells homes across the region, specialising in exclusive developments of between three and 30 homes.
