Transformation of new HQ gives firm a lift

Design and build specialist DSP (Interiors) has completed a contract to transform a property into the new headquarters of a firm which supplies parts for elevators.

The 12-week project saw the Derby firm transform a vacant 30,000 sq ft industrial shell at Gorse Hill Industrial Estate, Leicester, into a bespoke office and production facility for Elevator Equipment.

DSP has created a modern, purpose-built environment tailored to support the lift parts supplier’s growth and future ambitions.

The completed facility includes a storage mezzanine, a ground-floor production area, office accommodation and a dedicated trade counter.
