BB&J Commercial has completed the sale of a former care and mobility centre in Belper.

The firm has successfully sold the premises at 2 Over Lane, which offers almost 1,200 sq ft of retail space with onsite parking.

Marketed as a freehold opportunity with vacant possession, BB&J said the property attracted strong interest due to its flexible layout and desirable position within the popular market town.
