Oviso unveils refurbished Cathedral Quarter head office

Mortgage advisors and business protection specialists Oviso Financial Services has completed a major refurbishment of its Cathedral Quarter head office.

The upgrade at the Queen Street property focused on creating a more professional and welcoming environment for clients and staff, including the refurbishment of its offices, meeting rooms and overall improvements throughout the building.

With the aim of enhancing the complete visitor experience, the building has undergone a range of infrastructure upgrades, including the installation of new double-glazed windows across all three floors.

While prioritising comfort and energy efficiency, the work also respected the building’s historical character, parts of which date back to the 1600s.

Oviso co-founder Lee Mortimer said: “Our offices have also undergone something of a digital transformation, including new cabling and smart lighting.

“The revamped spaces now support both in-person and virtual meetings, with state-of-the-art video conferencing tools enhancing remote client service.

“Having acquired the premises in 2018, it’s great to finally open my office window and enjoy some fresh air!”

The firm said the updated meeting rooms, which will support face-to-face and online client meetings, as well as internal staff training, will ensure Oviso continues to build on its award-winning customer service.
