The latest Bondholder appointments and promotions



Timms Solicitors and Nelsons are among the latest Marketing Derby Bondholders to announce new appointments.
Law firm Timms Solicitors has appointed Amelia Harrison in a permanent position as a family lawyer within its private family law team.

Amelia takes up the post with immediate effect and will be based in the firm’s Burton office, covering Swadlincote and its surrounding areas.
Before joining the business, Amelia worked for Legal 500 law firms and brings with her years of experience working within family law.
Her new role will see her undertake a variety of private law family work, which will include divorce, financial matters and separation, with her particular interest being children and financial matters for cohabiting couples.

Meanwhile, Nelsons has appointed two new partners as part of announcing 13 promotions across the firm.

Danielle Young, from its medical negligence team, and Sam Cawley, from its investment management department, have both been made partners.
Danielle has been with Nelsons since 2011, qualifying in 2015.
Throughout the last decade, she has advised on diverse clinical negligence issues, covering areas such as pregnancy and birth injuries, brain injuries, fatal incidents, surgical errors and cauda equina syndrome.
Chartered financial planner, Sam, joined Nelsons in 2020 as an investment director.
His areas of expertise include investment advice for individuals, cash flow planning, pension and retirement planning, as well as inheritance tax planning.
