Law firm expands thanks to merger

Law firm Rothera Bray has announced a merger with another company, expanding its presence in the East Midlands.
The merger with Loughborough-based Woolley, Beardsleys & Bosworth will see it become part of Rothera Bray, marking the firm’s eighth office. All staff will be retained as part of the merger.

Woolley, Beardsleys & Bosworth was founded in 1732 and has occupied its Rectory Place premises since 1863. The firm adopted its current name in 1881.
Christina Yardley, chief executive of Rothera Bray, said: “We are delighted to welcome Woolley, Beardsleys & Bosworth to Rothera Bray.
“Their rich history, deep community connections, and commitment to client service align perfectly with our values.
“This merger enables us to serve a wider range of clients across Leicestershire while retaining the personal, high-quality legal support both firms are known for.”
