Mark saddles up for mental health charityTemplate

A partner at BB&J Commercial is gearing up to take on a gruelling 225-mile cycle challenge in aid of a mental health charity.

On 14 and 15 June, Mark Richardson will ride from Derby to Brighton to raise money for MIND, which works across the UK to offer support, raise awareness and campaign for better mental health services.

His journey will begin in Derby and span a two-day ride to the Sussex coast, testing his endurance and determination in support of a cause that affects one in four people each year.

He said: “Our mental health and wellbeing is something we all need to look after.

“Life throws a lot at us and sometimes it can be difficult to deal with. It should be something we are able to talk about but sometimes it just isn’t.

“The charity MIND is helping to change all that by being here to offer support to those who need it.”

As well as backing Mark’s endeavours, the BB&J Commercial team are encouraging clients, contacts and the wider community to get involved in supporting his fundraising campaign.
