Cathedral Quarter Launches Prospectus

Bondholder Derby Cathedral Quarter Business Improvement District has launched its new high-quality prospectus which showcases strengths of the area, investment opportunities and details of developments.

The Cathedral Quarter is renowned for its historic setting, vibrant atmosphere and high-quality products. Already home to over 450 independent and national businesses, the new prospectus provides and overview of office and retail accommodation in the area.

The largest sector in the Cathedral Quarter is professional services which makes up 37% of businesses. And, with 550,000 square feet of commercial office space available - including serviced office space via the Connect Derby scheme - there's plenty of room for more.
