Bondholder Rolls-Royce Fitness Centre has recently installed ground-breaking, new virtual classes by Fitness On Demand. 

Fitness On Demand (FOD) is a market-leading delivery platform of virtual fitness. Since 2010, their services have allowed facilities around the world to economically deliver premium fitness programs to their users. With programming and services designed to optimize space, streamline operations, and offer unparalleled variety, their services are the perfect addition to fitness facilities.

Rolls-Royce Leisure Invests in Fitness

Bondholder Rolls-Royce Leisure has invested in the latest fitness equipment to create an extended functional training area within its state-of- the-art gym.

The Fitness Centre, which is located within the 32-acre site at Rolls-Royce Leisure, has transformed an area of its gym with functional training facilities that allows members to swing, balance and hang from a rig to strengthen core muscles in a fun and innovative way.

The brand new functional training zone features a rig like structure, where members can use a variety of attachments to perform exercises, such as pullups, weighted squats, suspension exercises, boxing, battle ropes, etc.

Mike, Fitness Centre manager, said: “We are delighted to launch our functional training area at Rolls-Royce Leisure, which will allow our members to get the most out of their workout and train with more variety.”

Transformation at Rolls-Royce Leisure

Bondholder Rolls-Royce Leisure has boosted its food and drink offering with the launch of a new bar and eatery at its 32-acre site.

Situated on Moor Lane in Derby, Charlie’s at Rolls-Royce leisure officially opened its doors this week, bringing a new dimension to the business, which offers multiple sports and recreation facilities, as well as a conferencing centre, wedding and function suites, live music and entertainment.

In just four weeks, extensive renovation works have transformed the tired, dated interior into a modern, open-plan venue with upscale furnishings, a mixture of high and low seating, as well as a self-serve coffee bar for added convenience.

Commenting on the launch of the new venue, Colin Bancroft, general manager at Rolls-Royce Leisure, said: “I am delighted that our most recent refurbishment project has come to fruition, enabling the launch of Charlie’s at Rolls-Royce Leisure."

String of Investment for Rolls-Royce Leisure

Bondholder Rolls-Royce Leisure has made a substantial investment in its facilities. 

The sports and leisure complex has made improvements to the appearance of the building’s frontage and driveway, additional car parking and dedicated pedestrian walk ways, refurbishment of tennis courts and outdoor canopy, as well as refurbishment to its wedding suites.

As a result, much of the site has been transformed and the facilities improved, reinforcing its commitment to providing a high quality venue to its customers.

The 32-acre leisure site, which is based on Moor Lane in Derby, is home to almost 20 sports clubs, with a wide range of both indoor and outdoor leisure facilities. It is also offers extensive corporate facilities, function suites, bar and canteen, as well as a whole host of live music events.
