'Elegant' new training facility


To complete the end of its fourth year, skin innovation company and Bondholder, Neo Elegance has invested 500k into the purchase and development of a new high tech training facility in Alfreton, Derbyshire, for its UK and international customers.

The larger facility will accommodate growing staff members and enable the company to host informative workshops and training for industry professionals on skin health.

Farrah Allarakha said: "We're really excited about the next step for the business and to educate more professionals on skin health using innovative technology in treatments. We're keen to get started and welcome our first delegates from Finland in October"

Since the family business started in 2014 Neo Elegance has gained a number of awards and accolades including Finalist at MyFace MyBody for 'Most Innovative Device' and has several high profiles clients including Private clinic Harley Street and TV show The Apprentice Winner Dr Leah's Clinic.

Award-Winning Elegance

Bondholder Neo Elegance has been awarded the Best Aesthetic Salon of the Year accolade by the British Beauty Talent Awards.

The clinic, run by aesthetic practitioner Farzila Allarakha, offers a range of different LED light therapy treatments for different skin problems. 

The British Beauty Talent Awards recognise those who have made a difference to their industry and encourage their development.

Farzila said: "We are very excited to receive our first award for the clinic, it shows that we stand out from the competition and provide the best and most interesting treatment on the market.

"I've worked extremely hard to build my knowledge on the science behind skin, and make sure I can give customers the results that they are looking for."

New Marketing Manager for Neo

As part of its plans for expansion, Bondholder Neo Elegance has appointed Veronica Chiarelli as its new Brand and Marketing Manager. 

Veronica joins the firm after recently completing her Marketing and Advertising Management degree at fellow Bondholder the University of Derby

In the newly created role Veronica is focusing on planning and executing a new Public Relations and Marketing strategy, reaching out to influencers and improving Neo Elegance’s social media.

She said: “I am very pleased to have the opportunity to work in the field I am passionate about and have written my dissertation on. Having the previous research experience gave me the knowledge to develop a consistent strategy that will bring in more sales and notoriety to the brand”.

Farrah Allarakha, Director at Neo Elegance, said: “It is great to have someone so enthusiastic about the job working in our office. Veronica has shown ability to boost the company’s marketing communications, making it more effective reflecting in results”.

Kieran Chester, the University’s Employer Engagement Officer, added: "It's been great working with Neo Elegance to create a role through the Derby Internship Programme, which offers paid work experiences for our students, whilst supporting local businesses with ERDF funding. It's been a pleasure working with a local, forward-thinking company and we can't wait to see how Veronica's skills and passion can benefit Neo Elegance in the future!"

TV Stardom for Neo Elegance

New Bondholder Neo Elegance has been selected to appear on a national television show.

From the production team behind global award-winning TV shows Tattoo Fixers and Gogglebox, the skin clinic has been asked to be a part of their new show on weird and innovative beauty treatments.

The show, yet to be named, will be looking at clinics and salons across the UK to ultimately select one which will be crowned ‘salon of the nation’.

Farzila Allarakha, Aesthetic Practitioner at Neo Elegance, said: “They really liked the innovative and ‘futuristic’ nature of our treatments and we’re excited to be part of the new TV show to showcase our skills."
