Park life lettings

Bondholder Ednaston Park business centre is partnering with fellow bondholder Salloway Property Consultants to market the remaining offices at its business centre based on the A52 just 8 miles from Derby centre and 4 miles from Ashbourne town.

Ednaston Park opened in November 2018 after undergoing a transformation from former care home to a new benchmark in offices and studios to let, ranging in size from 1 person units to 8-10 person units.

Business Centre Manager Lucy Delaney comments
“Salloway brings a wealth of letting experience – their reputation and client base allows us to extend our reach across the Derbyshire area, to attract small businesses looking for new premises that offer something different from the usual business centre.

A new virtual tour produced by Derbyshire based 360 Imagery showcases the grounds, offices and the breakout space available. Businesses looking for an office to let can now see inside the recently renovated period property before stepping foot inside.

Lucy adds“Ednaston Park is a fabulous imposing building that will give the right impression for any small business looking to rent office space. Once inside we pride ourselves on a warm welcome and hospitality that extends to all our visitors, tenant businesses and suppliers.
We are excited to showcase our virtual tour which will help prospective tenants to understand what we are about and really imagine themselves working here.

Barracks to boardroom

Bondholder Dragonfly Directors has launched a new centre which blends military and engineering expertise to help fine tune business success.

The innovative Dragonfly Team Synergy Centre has been developed to provide forward-thinking organisations across the region with access to pioneering team development opportunities.

Army Colonel Adam Fraser-Hitchen and former Army Captain, Amanda Foster are both Chartered Engineers who, in the latter part of their careers, have carved out a reputation across the UK as business development strategists through their consultancy.

Drawing on more than 60 years’ experience, from barracks to the boardroom, they have challenged a unique blend of military, engineering and business expertise to create the Centre.

Located at Bondholder Ednaston Park, the centre comprises all-weather command exercises, delivered alongside bespoke, organisational-specific activities – all designed to take teams to the next level of collaboration and success.

Using a dynamic blend of leadership and development techniques, the facility puts groups of between 6 and 12 individuals through their paces in a team day format.

Amanda Foster said “In the military, command exercises are a core element used to develop teams and also to assess and fine-tune leadership potential. The Army is run like any other business, albeit complex and on the world stage, but everyone has to work together and know their role an involvement from the start.

“In business, the issues faced are similar, but by taking time out for teams to come together and play out scenarios in this type of setting, it becomes quickly apparent how the development opportunities can be applied in their day-to-day roles for the good of the team and the business overall."

Adam added “In our experience, ineffective strategies, broken processes and inadequate systems and tactics often point to shortfalls in people development. As a result, we’ve developed the Dragonfly Team Synergy Centre to unify teams, nurture existing and potential leaders and create a culture of mutual trust."

Wytech's year of growth

Bondholder Wytech is celebrating a successful 12 months of business growth with new premises and new hires.

The firm welcomes Rob Smith on board as a business development manager, while Charles Bradley and Paul Brewell are welcome additions to its friendly support desk team.

Their appointments mark the first phase of a planned expansion and follow the firm’s move to new premises after it relocated its operation to fellow Bondholder Ednaston Park Business Centre, near Ashbourne.

Wytech has also recently relaunched its website to better showcase its range of products and services, including its new ‘Flex’ product, which provides SME clients with a cost-effective way of purchasing new ICT hardware on a lease, with residual value built-in to maximise their return on investment.

Mark Jones, Wytech’s managing director, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Rob, Charles and Paul on-board at what is an exciting time for the business, following our move to Ednaston Park. Their appointments come on the back of a solid period of growth for the company and will not only help us meet increasing client demand for our services, but help the business to develop further as we look to recruit additional sales and technical staff as we continue to grow.

“Our investment in new team members, premises and website reflects our commitment to providing the best solutions to our clients over the long-term and building lasting relationships which deliver maximum value and return on investment.”
