Clear Winners

Bondholder Data Clarity has won a national award for ClarityOmnivue, its pioneering new software solution that is helping leading fashion brands such as Paul Smith transform the way they manage data.

The award scooped was the “Multi-Channel Solution of the Year” category at the Retail Systems Awards.

ClarityOmnivue works by bringing together data from many disparate sources and presents it in a way that provides one, 360-degree view of the customer, inventory, and products. It also provides management with reporting tools that can be used to improve important business operations such as stock management, staffing rota’s and marketing.

When using ClarityOmnivue, businesses are provided with an intuitive and simple to navigate, user interface which displays information in a way that enables informed decision making. It also helps ensure GDPR consent management and governance with compliance.

Chief Executive Officer Kevin Carrick said, “In developing a product that resolves the challenge of merging multiple customer records into one single view, we’ve proven that ‘Golden Record Management’ need not be a pipe dream or a complicated process. We’re delighted that our investment has been recognised by winning such a prestigious award.”

Growth for Data Clarity

As part of its plans for growth, Bondholder Data Clarity has relocated its headquarters to Pride Park, which will provide 3,000 sq ft of space to its growing workforce. 

Data Clarity have both trebled their employees and doubled the company’s turnover during the last 12 months. Investment in science and technology has enabled the company to invest in new product development, expand the product portfolio (by 70%) and improve the speed and functionality of their existing products.

The new office will provide first-class facilities for employees and clients with the inclusion of new break out pods, meeting areas, welfare zones and a purpose-built marketing suite.

Billing Clarity

Bondholder Data Clarity has released a new software module, which will help recruitment agencies and contractors to get paid.

Clarity365 self-billing is a tool for both agency and contractor with a built-in online approval workflow that reduces the amount of time spent on invoice management and ensures the client has authorised the amount beforehand.

This control measure avoids time-consuming credit notes and improves the relationship between client, agency and contractor.

This will speed up the payment process for both agency and contractor whilst providing an end to end workflow and audit trail.”

Data Clarity makes finals for second year

For the second year running, Bondholder Data Clarity has been shortlisted as a finalist in this year's Payroll World Awards for its expenses and time management solution, Clarity365.

The cloud-based software requires an internet connection or application to use providing instant accessibility for all users. Businesses can enjoy cost savings through automating their expenses and timesheet processes and eliminating costly paper expenditure.
