Bondholders collaborate on new homes

Bondholder Chevin Homes has brought to market a stylish development of homes designed by fellow Bondholder Matthew Montague Architects.

The Firs, in Wyaston near Ashbourne, offers a range of three, four and five bedroom homes tucked away within a private secluded courtyard.

The scheme design follows the typical farmhouse pattern with a predominant farmhouse, the only 5 bedroomed property on the development and a short group of terraced cottages fronting the main street. The scheme maintains the traditional inner and outer courtyard concept surrounded by traditional linked brick and tiled roof buildings reinforcing the sense of enclosure and the difference in ridge heights give a sense of varying scale. The high quality dwellings are of traditional red brick construction with pain roof tiles with luxurious interiors.

Construction started on site January 2019 and 5 of the new homes are already sold, with the first homes expected to be ready for occupation in late 2019.


Chevin's Georgian Renovation

Bondholder Chevin Homes has recently renovated three Grade 2 listed Georgian Buildings on Friar Gate, following their acquisition in 2015. 

Chevin Homes now occupy 44 Friar Gate as its headquarters, and is providing 42 & 45 as high quality offices suites available to let.
