Triple Tripadvisor Success

Bondholder Anoki has reinforced its reputation as one of the UK’s leading fine dining restaurants after all three of its restaurants were inducted into TripAdvisor’s coveted Hall of Fame.

The restaurants in Derby, Nottingham and Burton have received the accolade after being awarded the prestigious Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years.

Now in its ninth year, The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence celebrates hospitality businesses that are consistently excellent – having earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. This designation is only presented to around 10% of total businesses on TripAdvisor.

Certificate of Excellence recipients include restaurants, accommodation and attractions located all over the world that continually deliver a quality customer experience.

To achieve a Certificate of Excellence, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five and have a minimum number of reviews on TripAdvisor, which attracts 41.6 million users each month and features 760 million reviews of hotels and restaurants.

Commenting on receiving the award, owner Naveed Khaliq said:

“To be awarded a place in the 2019 Hall of Fame is an incredible achievement for Anoki and proves just how much our valued customers enjoy the Anoki experience.

“There is no greater accolade than being recognised by our diners - and as the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is based on guest reviews, this accolade is a remarkable vote of confidence in our continued commitment to excellence.

Anoki Raises £60,000 for Charity

Bondholder Anoki has helped raise a massive £60,000 for the Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust (KORT).

More than 100 guests attended the charity fundraising dinner held at Anoki’s award-winning restaurant on London Road.

Since 2005 the charity, which dedicates itself to giving hope to orphans and empowering them with education, has provided food, shelter, clothing, medical care and education to many orphaned children in Kashmir.

The £60,000 raised at the charity dinner will go towards meeting the funds needed to construct two separate hostel blocks to accommodate 500 orphaned children.

Naveed Khaliq, owner of Anoki, said: “The work that the KORT team do is really awe-inspiring and we were delighted to support their fundraiser here at Anoki Derby.

“To raise £60,000 in a single afternoon is absolutely incredible and we would like to wish this fantastic charity every success for the future.”
