Bondholder Flint Bishop has been awarded the prestigious national Investors in People (IIP) Gold accreditation until 2022.
The firm, which has offices in Derby and Ashbourne, received the award following a rigorous assessment process and detailed positive feedback from employees.
Since its last assessment in 2016, the firm has improved its IIP rating from bronze to gold; a standard which remains challenging and aspirational for many organisations.
The announcement follows a sustained period of growth and the most successful financial year to date for the law firm, posting record revenue, profits and newly recruited staff.
IIP assessor, John Walden, noted that “people referred to ambitions and objectives that relate to expansion, continuous improvement of the services provided to clients and financial stability.”
Holly Dixon, HR Manager at Flint Bishop said: “It is fantastic to see our Investors in People rating grow from bronze to gold in just three years and is testament to the firm’s ongoing commitment to developing and taking care of our people.”
Qamer Ghafoor, Chief Executive said: “We are delighted to have been recognised by Investors in People and handed the gold award. It is pleasing to see that values, actions and behaviours demonstrated by the management team are reflected by the staff to deliver an excellent service to our clients.”
