The line-up of speakers has been confirmed for the 2019 Derby Property Summit to be held at Bondholder the Roundhouse on Tuesday 16 July.

The need for change is agreed, but what does this mean and how bespoke is the solution to each place? Speakers and panellists will explore the re-imagining of the British High Street.
The Derby Property Summit is the largest commercial property event in the region, with delegates from across the UK attending for stimulating thought leadership, panels and breakout sessions.
Held in Derby’s stunning Roundhouse and chaired by business journalist Declan Curry, this summit will bring together thought-leaders and practitioners from the UK and beyond to explore options and themes, as well as look at current plans for Derby and Derbyshire.
Ojay McDonald, CEO of the Association of Tourism and City Management will be the event's keynote speaker on the topic: The Fourth Industrial Revolution: The Next Shape of High Street Disruption.
Panellists will include Yolande Barnes, Chair of the Bartlett Real Estate Institute/ Professor of Real Estate at UCL and Bart Somers, Mayor of Mechelen in Belgium. in 2016 Bart Somers was awarded the prestigious accolade of ‘Worlds Best Mayor’.
Delegates will have the option of choosing between two workshops for a city or town perspective.
