Marble Hall Fills

Occupancy levels at Bondholder Connect Derby's managed workspace Marble Hall now exceed 93%.

The grade-two listed former Rolls-Royce building on Nightingale Road underwent a £4m refurbishment in 2016 to transform it into a vibrant facility, including a day nursery and training café.

Since opening in June 2016, the building has grown in popularity, attracting a diverse range of tenants – from new start-ups to established and developing businesses.

Speaking about Marble Hall’s continuing success, Ann Bhatti, head of Connect Derby, said: “To achieve almost maximum capacity, particularly in the current uncertain economic climate, is tremendous and reflects the hard work put in every day by the Connect Derby team."

The building was granted £1.5m from the Growing Places capital investment fund, run by Bondholder D2N2 LEP.
