Bondholders shortlisted for National Family Business Awards

Bondholders Cattermole Group and HSG UK have been announced as the family firms in contention for the Family Business of the Year Award 2019.

Run by Family Business United the awards recognise the diversity, strength and depth of family firms across the UK and seek to highlight the contribution that family firms make to the UK economy.

Catering equipment specialist Cattermole Group has been operating in the city for nearly 50 years and is a second generation family firm which work with some of the leading manufacturers in the catering business.

Cattermole Group has been shortlisted for the awards in the Hotel and Leisure, Retail and Professional Services categories, it was also shortlisted in the FSB East Midlands Business Awards for Family Business of the Year.

Managing Director Adam Cattermole said: “As a family firm we have been operating in Derby for five decades and pride ourselves in offering a first-class service to individuals and businesses looking for support with maintaining, servicing or supplying kitchen equipment.

“To get shortlisted for one award would have been amazing but to be recognised in three prestigious national accolades is a real honour.”

HSG UK who specialise in washroom services and water conservation will be representing the Midlands in the national finals having won the Innovation category for their unique Ureco system which has been proven to generate significant savings in water usage and money at venues across the UK including the O2 Arena and the NEC.
