Training academy relocates to city

Bondholder and training academy, EMA Training Limited has relocated to Derby City Centre creating new job opportunities in the city.

Tracey Mosley, company director and the team opened the facility on Monday 4th February 2019, following on from successfully securing £1m worth of contracts in the local area.

Tracey Mosley said “Demand for expertise to up skill in the accountancy , IT and Digital Marketing sectors are high and we are excited to expand into the city centre to support local employers up-skill current workforce or provide a recruitment service assisting local business to find there next apprentice.

“We have recently formed partnerships with other local training providers to allow us to work together and aim to offer an outstanding training service in any sector. Working in partnership with other training providers locally will mean if we do not specialise in the area your staff need up-skilling or recruiting in, we will know a partner that can."

Mike Perkins, Director at Qualitrain, said “We are at the start of an exciting journey with EMA and looking forward to working closely with Tracey and her team of dedicated professionals”.

Nick Woodrow, Senior Regional Account Manager at AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians), said “Taking on apprentices is extremely attractive for employers, as they provide a cost-effective route for hiring and training the business leaders of the future.
