Homecare provider wins national award

Bondholder Right at Home is celebrating after receiving national recognition for the high quality of its recruitment.

Right at Home employs 68 people who provide home care, companionship and support to allow 55 clients to live independently in their own homes in Derby and South Derbyshire.

It picked up Best Recruitment Initiative in front of more than 200 people at the prestigious 2019 Skills for Care Accolades at the ILEC Conference Centre in London.

The awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of adult social care employers committed to delivering high-quality care.

Right at Home (Derby)’s services range from one-hour companionship to specialist dementia care and 24-hour live-in services.

The company was praised for its innovative approach to recruiting and retaining caregivers.

It was also shortlisted for best employer support for registered managers and best employer of between 51 and 249 staff.
