Bondholder Salloway Property Consultants celebrates 25 years in Derby in 2018 and during that time has been involved in securing many commercial property deals.
The most recent deals have been on Derby’s City Gate which is proving that it is still a great address for businesses, 15 years after opening.
Most recent evidence is that a recently vacated unit at the business park has already been let to Rinus Roofing Supplies.
City Gate has prospered since it was bought by developer Conder from British Rail Property in the early 2000s.
Salloway Property Consultants were its highly successful marketing agents, attracting medical supplies exporter and Bondholder, Pennine Healthcare, as well as Willbond’s luxury bathroom showroom.
It also helped to sell further units to Cromwell Tools, the PDSA and Cygnet Hospital.
Salloway managing director, Stephen Salloway, said: “I am really proud of what we have achieved at City Gate and also that we have retained such a good relationship with the companies that they want us to help them with their next step.
“City Gate has proven to be a prime site and it is excellent to see new businesses arrive and well as see others continue to thrive there.”
