Leading designer and manufacturer of wetsuits, HUUB, has taken a leasehold agreement with Derby City Council to move its design team of ten staff into Park Bikeworks on Full Street in Derby city centre, along with start-up business, Full Street Design creative agency.
Top international cycling brands will also join HUUB at its new base.
Boardman Bikes, the British bicycle manufacturer founded by the professional cyclist Chris Boardman, will open its third UK showroom at Park Bikeworks in the coming weeks. This will be closely followed by the opening of the top French sunglasses and helmet manufacturer Ekoi's first UK showroom.
Campbell Wigley, Director of Park Bikeworks Ltd, said: "We are delighted to be working with Derby City Council and HUUB Design. Bringing Boardman Bikes and Ekoi into the premises is a real coup for the city and will be welcomed by cyclists across the region who will now be able to see, feel and try the products first hand in the showroom."
