Sean Price, former owner of iBox Security, has joined Bondholder RDS Global as Director of Software Development.
RDS Global was established in 1997, originating from the IT Department of Derby-based automotive dealer group, Pentagon. The company went through a MBO in November 2013 and merged with Future Technologies last year. It now has over 4,000 customers and employs around 40 people at its Derby head office and out of a satellite office in Filey, North Yorkshire and offers consultancy, hosting services, software and networks, as well as CCTV and telephony.
Sean said: "As the newly appointed director of software development and communications, I will be working closely with a fantastic and experienced team of technical support staff and developers. I join at an exciting time for RDS, a company whose ambitions and ethos matched that of my own. I very much look forward to being part of the board, delivering a higher quality of service and product as we progress into the future."
Price will re-start his Coding Club - an after school session for children run with Derby City Council - through his new position.
