Bondholder Armsons is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Chartered Building Surveyor, Sally Lewis who joins the team as an Associate Director providing building surveying services, including asset management advice, condition surveys and reports, defects analysis, statutory compliance, feasibility studies, design and specification, contract administration and Landlord and Tenant services.
Sally has over 13 years working for a large multi-national consultancy and brings with her to Armsons a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors. On joining Armsons Sally commented: “I am very pleased and excited to be joining a well-established local consultancy with a great reputation for the professional services that they provide both locally and nationally”.
Sally was RICS Matrics UK Chairman and RICS Governing Council member for 2014 – 2015 and has been active at a local and national level for over ten years. She has also acted as an RICS Awards judge for the East Midlands region ‘residential category’ in 2014 and 2016.
On a personal level Sally is a keen cyclist, having become a member of Derby Mercury Riding Club, partaking in the local Derby Cycle Sportives, completing the infamous Sa Calobra climb in Mallorca and is now cycling on the track at Derby Arena, with her next challenge being to complete the ‘Prudential London 100’ sportive at the end of July.
