Leading property surveyor from Bondholder BB&J Commercial, Chris Wright, has been awarded the prestigious title of Deal Maker of the Year for the second time thanks to a number of major deals he has secured over the past year.
Chris was announced winner in the Derbyshire category by leading industry firm, EGi which publishes the Estates Gazette magazine and undertakes extensive research and analysis of the UK property market.

Chris has been integral in some of Derby's biggest property deals including the most recent announcement that cyber security firm Webroot is doubling its presence in the city thanks to a move brokered by Chris.
