Bondholder Citibase Derby, which opened just 12 months ago, has now doubled its capacity to take another floor at Laurie House on Colyear Street.
With the original spaces having filled up fast with businesses ranging from web design and journalism to engineering, recruitment and health, the new spaces were already let before opening.
Citibase Derby's offer is high quality, fully-furnished offices spaces with services including reception and administrative services, superfast internet and telecoms packages, meeting rooms, virtual offices, personalised called answering and car parking.
Tom Smith, Centre Manager for Citibase Derby, said: "Our success in providing what the local economy needs - cost effective and flexible serviced office space - has enabled us to double in size to meet the demand. And by offering a welcoming and hassle-free home to even more entrepreneurs and businesses bringing in several hundred workers to the area, it will also greatly benefit other established businesses in the locality and the wider Derby economy."
