Bondholder and patent and trade mark attorney firm Swindell & Pearson has appointed patent attorney Marcus Cavalier as IP director, as part of their continued growth plans.
A qualified European and UK patent attorney as well as a patent litigator; Marcus entered the patent profession in 1994 and has worked in-house at Black and Decker as well as in private practice.
Paul Higgin, head of Swindell & Pearson’s hi-tech team, said: “Marcus is a key hire for our firm and brings a great range of skills and experience that will fit in well with our existing team.
