Webhelp UK in Customer Satisfaction Award Finals
Bondholder, Webhelp UK's massive contact centre based on Pride Park has been named as a finalist for the Quality Monitoring Customer Focus Award at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2015.
Webhelp UK, which handles customer services and sales enquiries on behalf of Sky and EE has been nominated for the award for implementing its 212 Experience across the business.
