Rolls-Royce Leisure Invests in Fitness

Bondholder Rolls-Royce Leisure has invested in the latest fitness equipment to create an extended functional training area within its state-of- the-art gym.

The Fitness Centre, which is located within the 32-acre site at Rolls-Royce Leisure, has transformed an area of its gym with functional training facilities that allows members to swing, balance and hang from a rig to strengthen core muscles in a fun and innovative way.

The brand new functional training zone features a rig like structure, where members can use a variety of attachments to perform exercises, such as pullups, weighted squats, suspension exercises, boxing, battle ropes, etc.

Mike, Fitness Centre manager, said: “We are delighted to launch our functional training area at Rolls-Royce Leisure, which will allow our members to get the most out of their workout and train with more variety.”
