String of Investment for Rolls-Royce Leisure

Bondholder Rolls-Royce Leisure has made a substantial investment in its facilities.

The sports and leisure complex has made improvements to the appearance of the building’s frontage and driveway, additional car parking and dedicated pedestrian walk ways, refurbishment of tennis courts and outdoor canopy, as well as refurbishment to its wedding suites.

As a result, much of the site has been transformed and the facilities improved, reinforcing its commitment to providing a high quality venue to its customers.

The 32-acre leisure site, which is based on Moor Lane in Derby, is home to almost 20 sports clubs, with a wide range of both indoor and outdoor leisure facilities. It is also offers extensive corporate facilities, function suites, bar and canteen, as well as a whole host of live music events.

Colin Bancroft, general manager at Rolls-Royce Leisure, said: “I am delighted at the success of the redevelopment works, which took place last year. It was a very busy time for us which has paid off ten-fold, with a complete transformation of the site and improvements to many of our facilities.

“At Rolls-Royce Leisure, we are always looking to make improvements to ensure that we continue to offer a high quality sporting and leisure venue.

“We are now looking forward to the completion of the next refurbishment project to our breakfast bar.”
