PKF appoints new director

Edward Gray will be bringing 16 years' of experience to Bondholder PKF Cooper Parry in his new role as Director of Transaction Services.

In the last ten years in his previous role, Edward has been giving deal advice to a range of businesses — from small smart-ups and entrepreneurial individuals, through to multi-million pound corporates and private equity firms.

In his new role, he will advise on company acquisitions and disposals, carrying out a range of due diligence work as well as providing wider support for businesses going through the transaction process.
