EMBS goes back to the future

Just a mile away from Derby city centre, World Heritage Site Darley Abbey Mills has welcomed Bondholder EMBS as its newest tenant.

EMBS has just signed a lease for its new office after painstaking restoration work started earlier this year, slowly transforming the space into modern offices, last used in the 1960s. The project is due for completion in October and EMBS should be fully operational in its new home before the end of the year.

Simon Bucknell, Director at EMBS, commented: "We are all very excited about moving into this building, it will be a truly unique and inspiring place to work and the whole team cannot wait to move in! Darley Abbey Mills is now home to a number of creative and digital businesses and we all share the same enthusiasm for the history of the site."

He continued: "2016 has already been a record-breaking year for us. Our results for the first two quarters have been particularly strong and we've signed up two large clients to recruitment outsourcing contracts so we feel very confident about the future."
