Bondholder Silver Pride has announced a significant investment in emerging technology plus  a new logo following a successful management buyout.

The specialists in building websites and apps is run by Benjamin Benn and Craig Tice who recently bought out the company's remaining share from former director Graham Till.

A new management structure has been put in place with a new post for a Head of Development which will be filled by Scott Parsloe, who will build on the success of its in-house content management system, Spark.

Ben said: “We will continue our focus on intelligent websites and apps, but add to that a drive towards emerging technologies that give our clients that leading edge. We are always seeking to improve and the continuous investment we are making in the business and our staff will ensure that we move ahead with great confidence to continue to offer the very best levels of service and software.”

Craig said that the buyout was amicable and that they would continue to work closely with Graham on existing projects as well as new ones.
