The league table takes into account companies with the fastest-growing sales over three years and in the case of Aspin Group, the company has managed to triple its sales figures to £38.5 million this year.

A spokesperson for Aspin Group said: “This is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the dedication and hard work from our staff. Our company ethos of working together 'as solution providers' has contributed to this acknowledgement and we will continue to build on this success to develop and grow the company further.”

The company specialises in the design and construction of foundations for the rail sector and across industry. Aspin has benefited recently from continued investment in the rail sector – such as the electrification of parts of the rail network including the Midland Line. The company's growth has also been achieved through the expansion of its range of products and services and the end markets it serves including waterways, highways and energy.
