Bondholder Citibase is the UK's largest independent operator of fully-serviced business centres and opened its 29,000 sq ft centre on Colyear Street just over a year ago.

Now at above 75% occupancy, businesses based at the centre include those in web design, journalism, engineering, recruitment and healthcare.

With competitive rates from £2/desk/day with even more offers until the end of April – including up to two months free when signing a six or twelve-month contract – Citibase is an excellent choice for small businesses looking to start up or expand.

To mark the anniversary, Citibase will also be opening its doors to fellow Bondholders at a Bondholder Breakfast at the offices on Tuesday 26th January. A tour of the facilities will be followed by a question and answer session with ex-Derby County Football Club player and Radio Derby commentator, Craig Ramage, about his views on the season so far and his predictions for the second half of the season.

Tom Smith, Centre Manager at Citibase, said: “We attract businesses of all sizes and are particularly popular with smaller businesses who were previously home-based operations as we offer the flexibility and support that makes it easy and affordable for them to make the first step into an office environment.”

He continued: “We originally earmarked Derby because of the high level of business start-ups and entrepreneurial spirit in the city and this decision has been proved right.”
