Network Rail, which owns and operates the railway network, has taken five of the six floors at Brunel House on the business park totalling a considerable 15,800 sq ft.

Nick Hosking, Director at Bondholder Innes England, said: "RTC Business Park continues to attract interest from businesses wanting office accommodation with parking just outside the city centre and we are delighted to have secured a hat-trick of substantial deals at the park."

He continues: "Securing the lets just after completion of a full refurbishment illustrates how investing in refurbishment can be rewarded with good quality lets and also demonstrates the increased confidence in Derby's commercial property market."

RTC Business Park is one of the principal engineering employment centres in Derby with direct access to the A6 and is close to the railway station.
